We ship to Switzerland and metropolitan France.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Taxes and VAT
Switzerland: All our prices include the applicable Swiss VAT (CHE-448.163.068 VAT). No customs fees apply to deliveries within Switzerland.
France: Orders shipped to France are subject to the applicable French VAT. Prices displayed at checkout include VAT. Customs fees may apply to shipments between Switzerland and France, as Switzerland is not a member of the European Union. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
Delays and Delivery Issues
We do our best to meet the announced delivery times. However, Baume Shop Sàrl cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control (adverse weather, peak periods, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not reach you, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt or the expected delivery date. We will offer an appropriate solution: refund or replacement.
