Wear your Alba panties like regular panties, from the start of your cycle or to prevent leaks. They are ideal for medium flows and can be worn for up to 12 hours depending on your flow. After use, rinse them in cold water until the water runs clear, then machine wash them at 30°C, without fabric softener. Let them air dry to maintain their softness and durability.
