What size should I choose?

The Luneale menstrual disc comes in 3 sizes to fit your body and your flow:

• Size S (17 ml) : ideal for light flows or at the beginning/end of your period. Well suited to first-time users, younger users, or those who want a smaller, more discreet disc.

• Size M (28 ml) : the most versatile size. Suitable for medium to heavy flows, it's the best choice if you're unsure .

• Size L (35 ml) : designed for very heavy flows, the first days of your period, or overnight. Perfect if you're already used to internal protection and are looking for maximum capacity.
