How to insert the soft tampon?
Wash your hands thoroughly before opening the tampon package. Remove the soft tampon and the cotton retraction cord and, optionally, tie a knot in the tampon eyelet. For easier application, you can wet the tampon with clean water or lubricant. Hold the soft tampon between your thumb and middle finger with the eyelet facing down and squeeze the tampon. Thanks to the soft and flexible material, the soft tampon can be easily inserted by anyone, even if it seems a little large compared to conventional tampons. Now, you can first insert the tampon with your thumb and middle finger, then push it further in front of the cervix with your index or middle finger. You can insert the tampon in a relaxed manner while standing, with one leg raised, or in a squatting position.
