Hot and cold packs are made from naturally derived, non-toxic gel: water, glycerol, cellulose gum, potassium sorbate. 100% BPA and phthalate free. TGA certified.

Microwave the pouch for 10 seconds or submerge it in hot water. If necessary, reheat in additional 5-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
To cool
Place the bag in the freezer for 1 hour or immerse it in ice water.
Before each use, always check the temperature of the bag.
Do not apply directly to the skin: use a cloth or protective cover.
