Hot and cold pads are made from naturally derived, non-toxic gel: water, glycerin, cellulose gum, potassium sorbate. 100% BPA and phthalate free. TGA certified.

For a cold effect
Place the bag in the freezer for 1 hour or submerge it in ice water.
For a warm effect
Microwave the pouch for 10 seconds or immerse it in hot water. If necessary, reheat in additional 5-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
Before each use, always test the temperature of the pouch.
Never apply directly to the skin: use a cloth or protective cover.
Do not use the pouch for more than 20 minutes at a time and wait for the skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying.
