1. Light the end of the white sage stick using a match or lighter.
2. Let it burn for a few seconds, then blow gently to extinguish the flame and let the smoke diffuse.
3. Circulate the smoke in the room, around you, your objects or during your meditation and yoga sessions, to purify the atmosphere and ward off negative energies.
4. Place the stick on a heat-resistant surface (shell, bowl, etc.) and let it burn slowly, keeping the room ventilated.
