Directions for use

Wear your Selene panties like regular panties, from the beginning of your cycle or to prevent leaks. Ideal for light to moderate flows, they can be worn for up to 12 hours depending on your flow.
After use, rinse it in cold water until the water runs clear, then machine wash it at 30°C, without fabric softener. Air dry it to maintain its effectiveness and softness.
