Wear your Selene panties like regular panties, from the beginning of your cycle or to prevent leaks. They are ideal for light to moderate flows and can be worn for up to 12 hours depending on your flow.
After use, rinse it in cold water until the water runs clear, then machine wash it at 30°C, without fabric softener. Let it air dry to maintain its effectiveness and softness.
