Before first use: Machine wash your Selene panties to activate their absorbency.
During your period: Wear it like regular panties. It provides effective protection for 8 to 12 hours, depending on your flow.
After use:
Rinse it with cold water until the water runs clear.
Machine wash at 30°C, ideally in a laundry bag, without fabric softener or bleach.
Air dry (avoid tumble dryers and radiators to preserve the absorbent fiber).
