Wear the Hécate panties like regular panties, from the start of your cycle or to prevent leaks. Thanks to their exceptional absorbency, they can be worn for up to 12 hours, depending on your flow, day or night.
After use, rinse it in cold water until the water runs clear, then machine wash it at 30°C, without fabric softener or bleach. Air dry it to maintain its effectiveness and softness.
Avoid tumble drying and direct heat sources.
For optimal hygiene, it is recommended to change your panties at least once every 24 hours, or more frequently in the case of very heavy flow.
